It started with a need of my own.

I’m a social worker, counselor and therapist, and conversations have always been at the heart of both my work and who I am.

Saef Spaes was born from my own need to talk, open up and put words to the thoughts, questions and experiences we all carry. In 2024, I started creating a space for honest conversations together with a few friends. What began as a small group grew into something bigger — a shared belief in the power of feeling safe, being brave and expressing what’s within us.

Because sometimes, when we give ourselves space to truly express, something magical happens.

Saef Spaes is my way of creating that space for others, too.
