saef spaes is a initiative from stockholm, sweden dedicated to creating safe spaces for men to explore mental health, emotional expression, and authenticity.

rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and heard, saef spaes inspires men to embrace their true selves, free from societal expectations, while fostering a culture of emotional freedom and connection.

“here, I don’t feel like I have to prove anything to anyone. It’s a space where I’m valued simply for who I am.”

“this group has taught me how important it is to listen, really listen, and to feel understood in return.”

“saef spaes gave me the possibility to express emotions I’ve been suppressing for years. I feel lighter and more connected to myself.”
